Corrections & right of reply
Inquesta reports are produced by automated AI systems without human editorial review, and automated systems make mistakes. This page is how errors get found and fixed — publicly, on the record, and fast. Every material change to a published report appears in the public corrections log.
Report an error
Any reader can flag any claim in any report, directly from the report page. A flag triggers an automated re-check run of the claim against available sources; the grade or text is corrected, or an annotation is added, and the change is recorded in the public corrections log.
Re-check initiated within 48 hoursRight of reply
If you — or your organization — are named in an Inquesta report and believe any statement is inaccurate, you may submit a response through the right-of-reply form. Your response is:
- appended to the report within 72 hours, and
- fed into a mandatory re-check run. If the re-check changes a grade or finding, the correction is published in the corrections log.
Urgent complaints & takedown
Complaints alleging defamation or violations of data-protection law go to a dedicated channel: legal@inquesta.ai. Upon a facially credible complaint, the disputed passage is annotated DISPUTED immediately, pending re-check. Adverse claims about named parties that cannot be resolved are removed rather than defended.
The public corrections log
Every material change to a published report — grade changes, text corrections, annotations, appended replies, removals — is recorded in the public corrections log, with the date and the nature of the change. Reports link to their own changelog entries.
